A large dome of high pressure is forming over the West Coast and will send temperatures 5 to 15 degrees above normal Tuesday and Wednesday, says the National Weather Service. Daytime highs will reach the upper 70s at the coast, mid-80s across the county’s mid-section and low 90s across inland canyons and foothills.
